I am 5'7 and would like to weight between 135-145.0

5'6", 49, I am shooting for 155 initially to get me into the healthy weight range, but will probably shoot for 145 for a lifetime goal. The smallest I was as an adult (post HS) was 135 in my late 20s. I was really thin then, and don't know if I could get back to that again, but somewhere in the 140s would be great. I have a normal frame, but big boobs and am naturally more muscular, so I carry about 10 pounds more than average.0

Hey there! Well It is all going to depend on your build when you cut down closer to your goal weight and it is also going to depend on how much muscle you add to your body. Goal weights are a great target but when you get closer be thinking of body fat percentages more than anything. Try and get to about a 23-15% bodyfat to be in a good healthy range. I am 5'7 and 178 in the picture on my profile I was about 165ish. Good luck!0

124 is my goal; I am at 126.2 now. I am really just shooting for an overall toned look because I am okay with the number on the scale, but for me, there's a difference between being skinny (was 124 last summer) and being fit. I can tell I am becoming more toned, 4 months into my workout routine and about a month into my "eating healthier" gig. I have found that this site has helped me tremendously because I used to snack a lot before bed and now I'm not mindlessly eating. Also, a drink a ton of water before meals to help my speed eating/overeating habit.
ETA: I am 5'7"0 -
I am 5'7", started at 154 and set my goal weight at 140. I did Jillian Michael's Body Revolution... and hit 140.0 on my last day! I dipped into the 130's... and the holidays came and I went back up... but am now back in the 130's.
Now I'd like to stay in the 130's but build muscle and lower body fat %. I am a little scared of maintenance but will figure it out!

I'm 5' 7" and my goal is 140. I'll reconsider when I get there if I want to go lower but I want to tone up too so I may not focus on weight as much once the fat is gone.0

5'6" here! My goal is 130 because my doctor told me that I was too heavy at 150 since then I kept going up until I reached 179. Trying to turn that around! I've always carried a lot of weight because my body retains muscle wonderfully, but I'm tired of being taped for my Physical Fitness tests so I'm really trying to hit my "healthy weight" on the BMI scale.0

5'7 my goal is to be 14% to 17% body fat which brings me between 130lbs and 133lbs.

Im 5'7, currently at 175, just had a baby 9 weeks ago. I was 60 when I got pregnant. At my lowest i was 142, now looking to get down to 145-150 ish.. New goal now is cutting out the crap in my diet, eat better real food

I'm a 45-year-old female, 5'6", and currently weigh 143 lbs, which is too heavy for my small frame - I have a muffin top. I weighed 126 lbs when I got married 14 years ago. When I look at my wedding photos, I think I looked just right - slender but not skinny. This time around, I'd like to develop more muscle and be more toned, so I think 130 lbs is a realistic goal for me.0

My goal is 140. I managed once 2 years ago to get to 145, but just couldn't get the scales to budge after that. I should add that I'm 68, and my metabolism has slowed to a crawl. If I were a lot younger, I'd shoot for 130-135. I have a medium frame.0

I'm 5'6 and a HALF My goal weight is 150. That would put me at the top end of my healthy weight range. If I end up surpassing that goal, I won't allow myself to go under 140 pounds. I don't think anything lower than 140 would look good on me. I'd like to stay very curvy.0

I am 5'7 and a half (yes I think the half counts ) and my ideal weight would be 129, I am currently 137! Heaviest I have been was 145 which was too much on my small frame, I am stuck on getting into the 120's but as long as I keep losing inches I am happy! Going for a 27 inch waist at 28.5 right now!0
