My ultimate goal is to maintain a weight of 135. That's what I was in high school. But right now... I think be happy with 150.0

im 5' 7" with a goal of 135. I used to weigh that much when I was happiest with my body.. Time to get back to it!0

I'm still trying to figure that out. Hopefully reading through other's posts will help me out. I haven't been healthy for at least 15+ years, and honestly can't tell you what I weighed in high school or college or if that would even be healthy for me now. I've never been skinny. I think I have more of an athletic build- a lot of muscle (under the fat ).
Any advice on how to figure out what a good goal weight is or will I just know it when I see it?
Right now I just want to get to 191 before I turn 35 (next Friday). Only 1.5 lbs to go according to this mornings weigh -in.0 -
I am 5'6" and set a goal of 137, but would be happy with 140. I have a large frame and larger calf and leg muscles from my younger years as a gymnast and dancer. I'd even settle for 150.0

I am 5'7 and my goal is 160. I want to be toned, not skinny truthfully. Last time I lost weight people thought I was sick when I got below 160.0

I'd love to be down t 160 lbs. After I reach that I will see how I feel and how I look. Then possibly another 10-20 lbs. I'm 5'7" currently 202.4 can't wait to see 199 either! Starting weight was 260.0
