January 19 - ran 2.1 miles - miles to date - 83.8 - miles to go 16.20

1/19/2013 - 4.32 miles on the elliptical
1/20/2013 - 6.96 on the elliptical
86.53 miles down and 11.53 miles over my goal. Also, in an NSV, just passed 1,000 minutes of working out this morning. My goal, set in MFP, is to do about 30 minutes three times a week or roughly 90 minutes a week or 360 for the month. In checking my spreadsheet, it looks like I've only missed two days of workout the whole month. Not sure if I can sustain this or not once the semester really gets rolling, but I can keep trying. If nothing else, at least January's going to turn out to be a good month for being healthy.0 -

January definitely looks like a good month foxbat. Way to go !!!
January looks good for the challenge as well. 11 people have made their goals, another 32 are on track.
We may even set a new record for miles moved in a month. We've clocked 6,811 miles already, while the challenge record is 10,577 miles since last November.... It seems doable.
