Dinner tonight was a slow-cooker meal since I was out shopping all day ... Ahh retail therapy!
TexMex Shredded Chicken w/ Onions, Peppers, Jalapenos, Corn and Kale + Pico, Sour Cream, Hot Sauce and a Protein Pita. Total cals 429, 45g protein, 15g fiber. Farking awesome meal.

First time making these tonight. Breakfast sandwiches cooked in a muffin tin. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Keeps up to a week in the fridge. Can't wait to try them

Have you had a sludge bowl? A basic one is ok but to get the best ones you need some different textures
all bran is good and crunchy (and awesome fibre)
berries are nice and cold (and it was farkin' hot) and a "superfood"
and LLL made some baked pumpkin skins the other day with cinnamon and were tasty as so I thought they would add a good crunch to it also. And was right.
