    1 scoop chocolate whey
    1 cup of chocolate milk
2 tbsp peppermint hot chocolate mix
    lots of ice

now the macros would depend on the protein powder you use and the type of milk. i used 1% chocolate milk but obviously it would be better for you if you used almond milk or water. I haven't experimented with those yet. The peppermint hot chocolate mix is by presidents choice. I put over 2 cups of ice in mine so it was super thick and frosty like a milkshake

    Frappe Like Shake

1 packet Instant Coffee (Starbucks, Folgers, etc)
    1 tsp cocoa
    1 scoop chocolate protein
3/4 to 1 cup unsweet almond milk
    ice

    BLEND all... yum.

(sometimes I add a dash of cinnamon, or a squirt of low sugar hersheys syrup if I want more chocolate. I also sometimes add in 1 tsp of PB2 if I want a peanut butter twist)

Play with what you have in pantry.

I found one last night and tried it today, and it is YUM!

The recipe said to have it with breakfast or an afternoon snack, but I find it fills me up, and have no room to eat.

    250ml soy milk
    1-2 dtsp natural yoghurt
1 tbsp LSA (ground linseed, sunflower and almond)
    1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1/2 cup berries and seasonal fruit of choice
    1 tsp slippery elm powder
Protein powder WPI, pea or rice protein
    1 tsp spirulina

I couldn't find any slippery elm powder so didn't have that in mine, and I put a small handful of frozen berries, and 1/2 a banana in mine. I also added 1/2 cup more of soy milk as it was VERY thick to start off with. My protein powder said to add 2 scoops, but next time I will only be adding one, as you can mainly just taste the powder.
VERY yum, and VERY good for you.

Got this one from a bodybuilding magazine and love it!!

    1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup raspberries
    1/4 cup blackberries
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix to desired thickness. (I use Designer Whey protein powder and frozen berries since I can't make it every day and don't want the fruit to go bad. I also like to add flaxseed and am thinking about trying it with chia seeds.)

My current favorite! It satisfies my sweet tooth and is right around 300 cals, so perfect for breakfast/post-workout. I like it with honey graham crackers. Compliments the taste perfectly :]

Light Original Soy Milk 240ml (8 oz)
    Light Brown Sugar, 2 tsp
    Ground Cinnamon, 1 tsp.
Vanilla Protein Shake Mix, 2 scoops
    Honey, 1 TBS
