I haven't posted in a little while. I got a painful blister right on the ball of my foot that limited my movin' (though I was doing other exercise). If I could do an infomercial for Dr. Scholl's magical Blister Treatment, I would - wish I'd gotten them right away.

I live and work in NYC - there isn't really a mall for walking here, especially at 6am, and the only track in my neighborhood is outdoors. But great suggestions nonetheless...mall? inside track at your local HS or YMCA?
hospital hallways?I have no clue how I'm going to meet my goal this month - the weather here is 21 degrees farenheit with a real feel of 9 degrees! (for those of you on celsius this is -12.7778 celsius!!!!!!!! And the forecast is like that for the rest of the week.
I don't walk fast enough in that temperature to keep from freezing...
I don't know how I can make up the rest of the 20 odd miles I need between now and the end...
