            I'm in. I can't see youtube at work and a Google search yeilds at least a dozen different results for 'side knee lifts', but I'm choosing the one that looks like it works the glutes, rather than the abs, and would work with a resistance band and doing that one.0

Done. I did these along with 150 squats on my morning break so my bum was on fire! I may try to do 100 of one of the others I found on my Google search on my lunch break.0 -
