            I'm in. I can't see youtube at work and a Google search yeilds at least a dozen different results for 'side knee lifts', but I'm choosing the one that looks like it works the glutes, rather than the abs, and would work with a resistance band and doing that one.
Which one did you do? I can't get to youtube from work, either.0 -

Get into a kneeling position and lift the bent leg up and out to the side. 100 reps each side. I did 2 sets of 50 per leg.0 -

It didn't exist, so I created a new exercise under "Strength"; however, I think it would also be fair to put it under cardiovascular as "calisthenics"0 -
