Tonights dinner: salmon , steamed Broccholi and spaghetti squash fritters
Fritters were good but next time i need to sautee the onions prior to mixing in with squash. Too much crunch for this girl!
Im going to use the left over fritters and re fry them into a hash.

First time uploading. Hopefully it worked.
Spinach stuffed chicken breast and mushrooms, onions, and pepper sautéed in a little bit of oil.

Well, as my calories allowed were almost done, I had to do a workout walking to burn 400 calories. Have just eaten a banana and will wait until tomorrow. Then I will try to upload a pic from my lunch or dinner. It's a pitty that this feature doesn't appear in mobile phones once I use my mobile all the time.0

Where do you get roo? Is it expensive? What's it's nutrition compared to beef/chicken/bison? I see you using it all the time so I'm curious .
