    What's the alternative? Are we supposed to just give up? I've had trainers at my gym tell me they wish they had my body. At 45 I'll take that as a yes!

    I wasn't, but I've met many people who were most definitely hot at 40.

    Absolutely. My body was in better shape at 25, obviously, but I think the 40's are a sexy decade, for both men and women. I felt more confident and comfortable in my own skin, and self-assurance is very sexy. I'm 55 now, overweight and working on it, but I've been told several times lately that I exude sensuality. I'm very married, and I think my husband finds me attractive, and I've noticed as the weight comes off that I'm getting looks and flirting. I'm rocking the gray hair, and again, I think it's about self-assurance and the way you present yourself in the world, at whatever age.

    Hot falls into that sensual, smoldering thingy, which is beyond just looking good. There some really in shape or attractive women in their 40's that still don't have that super "hot" vibe. IMHO.

    But visually speaking, yes. When can look amazing after 40. Hopefully guys too.

    I sure hope so! Considering I'll be 40 in 6 years, I'd like to think I'd still be considered hot. We shall see! I certainly know there are some guys out there 40 and above that are definitely hot!

    Its all about confidence and the way you carry yourself. There are plenty of hot women around at 40, 50, 60 and even 70. just remember...there's a difference between hot and cheap. As an old friend of mine once said " if you want to be treated like a lady then you have to behave like one" :) i keep trying but its hard work.lol :)
