Short 5 feet ladies... what is your goal weight?

    5'1.5" and 120 now with a very small frame but hippy. I look great in a bathing suit at 106 but 115 is easier to maintain so I'm aiming for somewhere in the middle (112?). I'm not hung up on the number and will see where I slow down with my loss. I am doing resistance training now so how I look has more to do with where I stop than the exact number. Without resistance training my upper body looks skeletal by the time the lower half leans out. Push ups rule!! :)

    5'2.5 according to the doctor's office. Always thought I was just 5'2....

    My lowest weight was 113 in college. With PCOS, I am not sure I will get below 120.

    I want to be fit and strong. Once I am over the flu, I plan to start P90.

    My husband is my inspiration as he lost 120lbs. 320 to roughly 200lbs in about a year. Now he is really focused on toning and buidling muscle. He's a great cheer leader.

    Now for us both to look fit and fabulous.

    my heaviest weight was 202.

    Im 5' 3" and my goal weight is 125 currently 145. I was between 108-118 before kids and was told I looked sick and almost dead at that weight but that does fall in my recommended weight range. Go for what you feel good with and don't pay too much attention to the recommendations.
  • I'm 5'0" and weigh170. I do a lot of strength training, so I can't imagine myself at 120 or less. I'm shooting for a leaner mid section and would be happy with 140

    5'1,Current weight is 130,started at 169.I only want to lose about 5 more pounds.I'm not so concerned about the scale.I'm a size four and that's the smallest I've been in my adult life.I workout hard,feel great.That's what matters the most.

    im 5'2" and aiming for 120-130......b/c of muscle mass.......I was really musclular in highschool and weighed about 110-115 and looked amazing....but I was much healthier at 120:) Im not close to that yet so its still a work in progress;)

    5ft 2in and my ultimate goal is 105, but my more realistic goal is 120.

    I'm 5ft (barely) and keep seeing that my ideal weight is 110. I'd be thrilled at 150. I'm currently at 230 and the least I can remember being is 185, which was right after my first child was born. (I weighed less after than I did before) I have a large bust, I can't imagine what would be left on my frame after accounting for boobs into that 110 lbs!

    I'm 5'. My start weight was 188, I'm at 168 now after 2.5 months, and I'm aiming for 150. I can't remember being in the 150s, so I set my goal there. Once I hit it, maybe I'll shoot for 140, but I'm looking at this as a series of goals, instead of one ultimate.

    110-125 roughly. I'm ok with being technically heavier if I'm toned up and have a low BF%. :)

  • I'm 5' 1.5" and I have always been heavy since middle school that I can remember, SW 277 GW 119, CW 171, May have to re-evaluate the Goal weight cause I feel as though I am Big Boned...My wrist measures 6.25" and my breast bone is now noticeable and I measure 36" for a Bra, not sure how small I can get down to....I am still in the Obese category, will be nice when I am just in the overweight.:wink:

    I am 5' 2" and my goal is 120. My daughter is 4'11' and weighs 110. She looks perfect to me, but I am probably a little biased.

    I'm 4'11" and my goal is 105 (I was 105 back when I was vegan and felt good at that weight). But I may change my mind...I'm aiming for more muscle, and don't want to be skinny-fat like I was back then haha.

    I'm exactly 5ft and about 181lbs, my goal weight is around 130 if I can get down to like 115 I'd be really happy. Prob is I really really like to cook.

    You can do it! Trust me! I am 5ft. tall and lost 83 lbs. and now weigh 107. This is so worth it!!!!

    I'm 5'1" and have about 50 lbs to shed!!! I swear I have no clue where they even came from .... but, honestly, I'm looking at my measurements more than my weight right now. Especially since I am lifting and building serious amounts of muscle...

    GW 120
    UGW 115 (maybe) - but if my measurements are good and I look & feel good; I'll be happy as a clam!

    I am 5'0 and currently weigh 120-123. I fit into all my pre-pregnancy clothes and even the jeans I wore when I weighed 107 though which is odd but I also didn't work out before I got pregnant. I gained 90lbs when I was pregnant so I weighed about 200 when I went into labor. I've lost 85 so I guess I just turned a lot of fatty fat into muscle and that's how I am able to fit into my clothes. Maybe?

    Anyways, I'm at 120-123 right now and would like to lose about 5 more pounds or so. I don't see that happening till I'm done breastfeeding. If you had asked me before I got pregnant if I could ever be happy weighing 120 I would have said "hell no" but my shape now is really close to what it was when I was 107.

    5'1" and have a 16% body fat goal, and whatever weight that comes with. Currently at 108-112 and 18%.

    I am 5'2" and my goal is 135. I technically should be about 119, but I know my body and at 135 I know I can be lean, toned, and sexy. So, that's what I want!

    I am five feet tall and they say i am suppose to be 110 lbs. Right now I am 238. I just cant imagine being that small. i dont think I have ever been that small. I think I would be happy at 140-150.

    Oh, gee, let's just go for it and be happy with what we have earned when we arrive there! :happy:
