Monday: Today was my day off.0 -
Ok, I'm going to try this out. Last year I was a member of a group that did weekly challenges, but we kind of fell apart with the group format came along. I think the loss of that motivation has put me in a slump with my weight loss. I'm maintaining fine, but I have been trying to lose the last 5 pounds to reach my goal weight for six months now. Time to get over that plateau.
