            I'll try this again, not easy during off season but here I go: (no ceiling, try to met the 3500 plus challenge)
 Monday: 15 min stationary bike - 179 cal; 50 min spin class - 740 cal; 30 min versa-climber - 449 cal.
 Tuesday: 92 minute spin bike - 1152 cal.
 2,520 complete

 If you use age, gender, and HR on the Garmin I'd use Garmin. MFP has algorithms that adapt to your time inputs for exercise and initial calorie input, mine changes a lot, there is no standard model.Week 2 for me

            I forgot to bloody start my polar at the start of spinning and only noticed at the end when it told me I'd burned no cals!! Grrrrrrr
 Luckily, I'd sync'd the heart rate into the bike and it said 700 cals, so I rounded it down slightly as I know it normally overestimates cos my max hr is above what it thinks it should be...
