    First week for me. Goal 2500

    Monday : 742 ( 651 from a Zumba Class, 91 from shoveling)

  • I remembered at least to turn on my HRM for spinning tonight :) only 588 cals though, that's the least it's been for weeks. And yet it felt like a really hard class?!

    Weekly Goal: 5000
    Mon: 138 calories (walking to and from work - it's one of my rest days incase you're wondering!)
    Tues: 1280 calories (353 arke class, 625 spinning, rest of them walking to work and to the gym).
    Wed: 1404 calories (454 cross training, 588 spinning, rest of them walking to work and to the gym).

    Wednesday update:
    I'll try this again, not easy during off season but here I go: (no ceiling, try to met the 3500 plus challenge)

    Monday: 1368 calories; 15 min stationary bike - 179 cal; 50 min spin class - 740 cal; 30 min versa-climber - 449 cal.
    Tuesday: 1152 calories; 92 minute spin bike - 1152 cal.
    Wednesday: 1098 calories; 30 min spin bike - 357 cal; 52 min versa-climber - 741 cal.

    3,618 complete
    118 over minimum, shooting to exceed 4,500

    Wow, 6 pages already and it's only Wednesday!

    Weekly Goal: 4,000 (Up 500 from last week - I made it with a day to spare for rest, so this week I can up the intensity. :)

    Mon: 531 (the usual - karate. Kicks, jumps, kata, pushups, jumping jacks.)
    Tues:1200 (Estimating on the low end for my karate class, because Sensei asked me not to wear the HRM watch anymore. Can't argue with that when your wrist is blocking people's arms and legs! lol))

    I'm in. My goal will be 2000 calories this week, adding 300 a week until I reach 3500.

    Mon: walking/jogging for 20 minutes=145 calories
    Tues: nada
    Wed: walking/jogging for 20 mins & casual racketball for 20 mins = 212+182=394

    Hi I'm Laura. I'm fairly new to running so that is my main fitness focus as I work on increasing distance (speed will come later.) My goal is to burn 5500+ calories (and to run 25+ miles.)

    Mon 1/28: 547 calories, jogged 3 miles
    Tues 1/29: 808 calories, jogged 4 miles
    Wed 1/30: 1224 calories, jogged 6.5 miles

    Tues: 415 (My poor pups didn't get a walk today due to terrible rainstorm... Bummed that it also knocks my calorie count down! I did 10 minutes at home punching the heavy bag - 73 cals, 20 minutes at home lifting free weights - 72 cals, and 90 minutes doing pilates on the reformer - 270 cals. Today was a good combo of strengthening core, arms and shoulders!)
