First week for me. Goal 2500
Monday : 742 ( 651 from a Zumba Class, 91 from shoveling)

I remembered at least to turn on my HRM for spinning tonight only 588 cals though, that's the least it's been for weeks. And yet it felt like a really hard class?!
Weekly Goal: 5000
Mon: 138 calories (walking to and from work - it's one of my rest days incase you're wondering!)
Tues: 1280 calories (353 arke class, 625 spinning, rest of them walking to work and to the gym).
Wed: 1404 calories (454 cross training, 588 spinning, rest of them walking to work and to the gym).

I'll try this again, not easy during off season but here I go: (no ceiling, try to met the 3500 plus challenge)
Monday: 1368 calories; 15 min stationary bike - 179 cal; 50 min spin class - 740 cal; 30 min versa-climber - 449 cal.
Tuesday: 1152 calories; 92 minute spin bike - 1152 cal.
Wednesday: 1098 calories; 30 min spin bike - 357 cal; 52 min versa-climber - 741 cal.

Hi I'm Laura. I'm fairly new to running so that is my main fitness focus as I work on increasing distance (speed will come later.) My goal is to burn 5500+ calories (and to run 25+ miles.)

I did 10 minutes at home punching the heavy bag - 73 cals, 20 minutes at home lifting free weights - 72 cals, and 90 minutes doing pilates on the reformer - 270 cals. Today was a good combo of strengthening core, arms and shoulders!)
