    Bring it, i exercise 2-3 times a day, morning jogs at 5 am outside every day. anyone wants motivation add me! ill update every week!!!!!! <3. i weigh and measure thursdays, so i will update then.

    I'm on day 11 of training 3 times a day and i'm kicking butt. 10 pounds is a lot in one month, but it is achievable! get moving!!

    My goal for February 1-March 1 is to lose 5 lbs and to exercise 3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will exercise for at least 15 minutes and add 2 minutes each time I go to the gym. My goal is to be able to work out for 30 minutes a day until April and an hour by July. (treadmill, bike, upper body workout). Like you, I'm hoping that by putting it in writing I'll be able to follow through.

    I am just dropping by with a reminder that February is a short month, so 10lbs. is a very aggressive goal. Many of you look to be close to a healthy weight in your photos, making it even more difficult.

    From a psychological perspective, goals are much more motivating when they are realistic.

    This. The recommended loss is 0.5-2lbs a week (2lbs for the more overweight members). Also, if you lose 10lbs in 4 weeks (bear in mind Feb is a short month), then you're almost definitely losing muscle. Less muscle equates to a slower metabolic rate, so you will burn fat less effectively and this may stifle your progress later on or at maintenance.
