I'm in for 168 miles. I plan to average 6 miles a day. Since I have a sedentary job, I am going to log all my miles (I wear a pedometer every day). Let's make this happen!0

I am a newbie too. I will make my goal 50 miles. Question: If we find we are on pace to ridiculously exceed our goal (such as biking instead of walking/running) can we adjust our goal later in the month, or do we just say we met/exceeded that month's goal?
