    What an amazing accomplishment. I see a huge difference, especially around your eyes and in the picture from the side. I can't wait to see what happens 4 months from today!

    Thanks! I really wish that I was able to visually see a difference; however I can tell a physical difference. I do not have near as much joint pain. Also I learned that each lb of body fat (not weight) lost equals approx 4 lbs of pressure off if your joints! Which means i have list 65.5 lbs if oressure off of ny joints...Amazing! Who would have ever thought!
