Swimming! Love it!0

Wogging!
A wog, in my language, means a louse ... so I guess that could be qualified as exercise... LOL
What's wogging?
** Me, I'd say swimming, or practicing taekwondo. One hell of a workout!0 -
Running definitely, doesn't need much equipment and I can get out into the country for some fresh air and beautiful views.0

Enduro riding. (On motobikes, that is.) Not only really good exercise, but something that I want to carry on and do 'just one more lap' even when I'm totally drained.
Unfortunately weak wrists mean I can't really do it at all at the moment.
Mountain biking after that.
Otherwise for a more 'traditional' exercise; deadlifts, maybe.0 -
I would have to say running. It seems to be one thing that helps me.0

Dwarf tossing.0

Definitely walking. You can go just about anywhere, you can walk at different speeds to get the heart rate up, or just stroll along and enjoy nature, you can walk uphill or up stairs or up a mountain trail or just around a reservoir. You can listen to music or an audio book or just the sounds of nature. It's perfect.0

I do only do one type of exercise all day long and it's snowboarding!! It's super fun and works a ton of muscle groups (you'll feel your abs, shoulders, arms and legs the next couple days if you're not used to it!)
Come to think of it, I do end up in the squat pose a bunch when I'm riding, and it's a hell of a lot more fun than just standing there doing squats at home or in a gym. Gotta love the fresh mountain air too.0 -

It would be hard for me to choose just one & I am thankful that I don't have to!
Each serve such a different purpose. Walking is important because it clears my head & gets my dogs walked!
Elliptical is important because it really makes me let go of stress. Jazzercise is fun because it brings out the creative side of me while sweating buckets. Kettlebells - wow - what a cardio & strength workout! Yoga - stretching all of the muscles & really letting go of stress.
If I had to choose, it would be walking because I have to make sure my dogs get exercised, too!0 -
Walking/jogging. It's free, it's great exercise, and I can lose myself in my daydreams and have an hour fly by while getting my burn on. I love seeing my progress as I challenge myself to jog longer stretches. Eventually, I plan to be able to jog the entire time.0

Dwarf tossing.
This would be my second choice. Although I certainly wouldn't toss Fili or Kili out of my bed.
Wait, what were we talking about again?0 -
Rowing Machine . I m addicted to mine .0

I would certainly miss lifting, kickboxing, swimming, etc. but I have to go with running. I love it - either just out with my dogs or running with thousands of people in a race. I'm addicted!0

Cyclefit classes, by fare the best enjoyable workout for me0

I was going to say surfing, for the same reasons!0 -
If I had any kind of endurance or skill with running, then running. Until I achieve that, walking.0

Dwarf tossing.
This tends to cause rotator cuff issues....0 -
Running! It takes me somewhere physically and mentally.0

Walking, I love it!0

"Other cardio"
*nudge* *nudge* *wink* *wink*
...because MFP has me convinced that it's actually exercise.0 -
It's a toss-up between burpees (with a push-up, of course) and barbell squats.0
