I normally weigh in on a Sunday but I'll definitely weigh in on the 28th so I know just how much I've lost!
I'm aiming for 5lbs, but hoping for 9lbs so I can hit my second goal of 159lbs and 20% of my original body weight(ish)!0 -

I would love to lose 5 pounds this month. I think I would reward my self with a pair of shoes. As far as how I would lose the weight, I workout at the gym a lot usually on the treadmill. I might try some of the Zumba and swiming classes as well this month.0 -
