After 3 days of not doing the 30DS, I got up and did Day 3 at Level 2. Am finding I can do a bit more of the exercises, joints don't hurt at the moment. This is a good sign.0

Just completed Level 2 Day 1 - I did have a taster of it last week as I was dying to see what it was like! I really like it! I think I might like it more than Level 1 - but we will see how I feel in a couple of days!
I've just realised (and actually got a bit gutted!) that we are away camping this weekend so there will be no shredding!!! ARGH! My plan is going out of the window!! So I wondered if I try to fit 2 more shreds in during the week (say 1 in the morning and one in the evening on 2 days) can I still keep counting my days as I would have just carried on? Not sure how to work it, or should I just add 2 more days of Level 2 before I move on?
I imagine that I should probably just do what feels right?

I did my Day 2 of Level 2 this morning and I have to say I love love love Level 2!! I think I like it more than Level 1! I did think I might die this morning but here I am! Woohoo!

Just completed Level 2 Day 1 - I did have a taster of it last week as I was dying to see what it was like! I really like it! I think I might like it more than Level 1 - but we will see how I feel in a couple of days!

i am not sure what is the proper thing to do. but i missed two days this weekend. so to catch up i did two yesterday, doing one today, and planning on doing my last catch up tomorrow, for two. i would do two today, but it's just not possible. i dont see a problem with doubles, however, i don't know much lol0 -
I saw zero weight loss until this morning (my day 11) I stepped on the scale to find that I had finally lost 2 lbs! But my measurements have definitely shrunk!
Bust: -1
Waist: -2
Hips: -3
Butt: -2
This is such a huge difference in a short time! I chickened out on level 2 today. I was supposed to switch, but I woke up with my husband at 5 am (our shred routine) and had a bad sore throat and headache. SO rather than skip it completely I just did level 1 again. I might stick with that level a little longer. It is still really challenging! I can make it through all the exercises without stopping, but I still feel like I am dying! Any thoughts?0 -

also, i have a question. did you all lose weight when you first started? or inches? or what? i am almost done w/my 1st week & i haven't lost anything so far i'm kinda bummed to tell ya the truth
i have gained muscle on my left arm.
but i did lose weight. dont get discourage if you didnt lose anything. first week usually is a starter. then the second week you should lose.
also if you are really careful in what you eat. you should be fine0 -

Hey Everyone!
So I am on day 12 but still doing level one since it is still seriously kicking my butt. I have woken up sick the last two mornings, but I figure its just 20 minutes, right? So I suck it up and do it. Today I stepped on the scale and I am down 3 lbs! Yay!!! I have seen great results in inches but this is the first that the scale has budged! Woo hoo!!!

Hit my afternoon slump when I get really sluggish and sleepy. I work out with DH every morning at 5 am, so by afternoon I have lost my high! I had a little extra time so I decided to try out level 2. OMG! I am shaking all over! I barely made it through and had to stop a bunch of times, but I did it! I am trying to temind myself that this is how I felt after day 1, but I am a lil scared to do it again tomorrow! Yikes! So glad I did though. Level one still kicks my butt, but I don't feel sore at all afterward anymore. It's nice to feel like I really pushed myself again! :happy:0

that is awesome im so glad you are doing great i know it is hard. but we will make it strong. and i sure hope that you feeling much better soon. dont worry the week is almost over so dont worry, you will be able to rest for a day. im glad you are giving your best and efforts!!! means a lot and means a lot to dedicate

So yesterday (Day 3 of Level 2) I pulled something in my shoulder blade (luckily I managed to finish my Shred!). So I didn't do my Shred this morning and I'm going to do it this afternoon instead as my shoulder feels a lot better now! I'm so pleased about this, I would have been gutted to get this far and have to miss a day!!
I'm also camping over the weekend so going to miss 2 days worth of shredding I did an extra one on Tuesday though so I might be ok to stay on track!
Keep it up ladies, we are well on our way to being Shredded!

Worked so hard this morning, I was almost in tears. Some mornings I really dislike Jillian.
It is great to see how everyone is doing with the 30DS. I tend to only do the Shred during the week and take weekends off as I also go to the gym. But maybe this weekend, I will attempt to do both. I have tomorrow off from work, so maybe gym in the morning and Shred when I get home.:happy:0 -
So I am on day 2 level 2 and super sore but gonna stick with it. My only wories is the weekend I work three 12 hour nights in a row and it is so hard to find time to get that workout in with three kids. One good thing when I work is that the girls walk at work between 4 am and 5am for about 30 minutes...if were not busy and no call lights going off....keeep going everyone is doing great....super excited to see the end results0
