Lucia, I use a HRM to calculate calorie burn instead of MFP or the machines. I'm guessing it's closer to the truth.0

Mon: 138 calories (walking to and from work - it's one of my rest days incase you're wondering!)
Tues: 1280 calories (353 arke class, 625 spinning, rest of them walking to work and to the gym).
Wed: 1404 calories (454 cross training, 588 spinning, rest of them walking to work and to the gym).
Thur: 300 (ish - walking to and from both jobs)
Fri: 1356 (409 vipr class, 615 spinning class, the rest walking to work and the gym).
Sat: 691 (in the gym - stationary bike, 2 different eclipsers, rowing and weights)
Sun: 1040 (in the gym - staionary bike, 2 different eclipsers, rowing and weights and walking to and from gym)
Total: 6209!! Wooooopah!

Hi I'm Laura. I'm fairly new to running so that is my main fitness focus as I work on increasing distance (speed will come later.) My goal is to burn 5500+ calories (and to run 25+ miles.)
Mon 1/28: 547 calories, jogged 3.5 miles
Tues 1/29: 808 calories, jogged 4 miles
Wed 1/30: 1224 calories, jogged 6.5 miles
Thur 1/31: 472 calories, walked 3 miles (rest day)
Fri 2/01: 1021 calories, wogging 5 miles
Sat 2/02: 665 calories, walking 3 hours errands (rest day/sore ankle)

Weekly Goal: 3500
Mon: 528 (180 on a brisk walk with the dogs, 348 at my favorite dance/weights/ballet bar/cardio fusion class... I just called it "dancing" for 60 minutes!)
Tues: 415 (My poor pups didn't get a walk today due to terrible rainstorm... Bummed that it also knocks my calorie count down! I did 10 minutes at home punching the heavy bag - 73 cals, 20 minutes at home lifting free weights - 72 cals, and 90 minutes doing pilates on the reformer - 270 cals. Today was a good combo of strengthening core, arms and shoulders!)
Wed: 761 (581 in a cardio ballet barre/intervals/weights class, 180 on a 45 minute walk with the pupsters)
Thur; Long, crazy day, so I just managed to get two tiny workouts in: 198 cals. (90 cals for 30 minutes of pilates on the reformer, 108 for 30 minutes swinging kettlebells.)
Fri: 908 (An hour of pilates on the reformer for 179, a super-long walk with dogs for 729)
Sat: 179 (got a speedy hour of Pilates in-- all tower work, including some advanced stuff I hadn't done in a while... waterskiier, anyone?)
Sun: 198 (108 swinging club bells for 30 minutes, 90 from a super-fast 30-minute pilates reformer workout)

*** Ugh, fell short by 313 calories this week-- mainly due to some truly abysmal weather that added to my commuting time rather dramatically and didn't allow me to spend as much outside time with my dogs as I wanted to. Onwards and upwards! Next week I'm going for 3,800!0 -
