3,500+ Calories Burned Challenge: Mon, 02/04- Sun, 02/10

Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

    Weekly Goal: 7700

    Mon: 1344 KCals by Cardio Exercises (20mins on Elliptical Trainer-16th level, 20 mins walk on Treadmill-16 deg high inclined @ 6.5Kmph, 20 mins on Stationary Cycle-20th high level resistance, 45 mins walk @ 3.5Kmph) + 30 mins of Circuit Weight Strength Training..............

    Gonna amp it down a bit this week..... definitely gonna be another BUSY week!!!! ....but not sure how busy.....

    Will try a goal of 4.000 (I think I should be able to get that in pretty easy)............but if I do more....GREAT!!!

    New to this, and first ever post! I want to join, but I am a newbie and this is not a great week for my being able to fit in exercise, but why not start now and challenge myself, probably will never be a "good" week to start so here goes... Bring it on!! :D

    my goal is 3540 kcal burned per week with 5lbs lost/48lbs to go

    Monday: Today was my day off.
    Tuesday: 1010 calories burned (treadmill)
    Wednesday: 452 calories burned (treadmill&arc trainer)
    Thursday: 829 calories burned (treadmill&arc trainer)
    Friday: 978 calories burned (treadmill&arc trainer)
    Saturday: day off
    Sunday: 1019 calories (cardio kickboxing and yoga)

    Total: 4288!!!!
    OVER: 228!
