my goal weight is 135/140 ( this is within a healthy BMI)
Current weight is 150 ( this is within a healthy BMI but I am not compeltely in shape yet)
Starting was 1600 -
The number I have in my head is around 140-145, but I don't really know until I get closer. Since muscle weighs less than fat, I'm more concerned about how toned I am when I get there than I am about the number on the scale.

Im 5'7.5" and 375 pounds right now so 175 is my ultimate goal and is just skimming the top range of "healthy" which is fine with me because Ill still be wanting my curves!0

I'm 5'7" and my current goal is 135. I'm about 8 pounds away, but think I may need to adjust that a little. It sure looks like I've got a lot more than 8# of fat left on my belly. :sad:0

I'm 141lbs and would like to get to 135-130lb. More focused on decreasing my body fat percentage though from 20.8% to 18% or less.
I think I've ready somewhere that it can mess with a women's menstrual cycle / hormones etc.. when they go below about 20% body fat. Don't quote me on that cause I don't know for sure what that magic number is, but it might be something you should look into before aiming to get that lean. As much as we like to consider ourselves equal to men, we are built a bit differently then them .0 -
The lowest weight I can ever remember as an adult was 2-3 years ago I was 159lbs. I looked good but could have toned up a bit more. Unfortunately I couldn't maintain that for more than a month and I started creeping back up. Now back at square one starting over again the 150s seem sooo far away. I am aiming for a toned 150-159lbs. I want something easy enough to maintain so that I dont back slide again. I'm not fixated on the number on the scale I just want to fit into my cute clothes again and look and feel good.0
