Just wondering if I'm on track! How much weight have you lost since January 1st?

8lbs and while this is a perfectly repectable number, im still slightly gutted as in the same weeks last year i had lost over double that amount0

As of yesterday I have lost 10.5 lbs. this is in only three weeks, as I didn't start at the beginning of jan. Ahead of where I wanted to be so really pleased. I wanted to lose 1-2 lbs a week.0

60 lbs or thereabouts, oppss-I always forget this is a new year, LMAO I have lost approx 4 lbs. But I did not get back on track until the 2nd week of Jan.0

I've lost eleven total, ten net as of last Friday (weigh-in day). I gained a pound over the holidays and took that back off.0

Average weightloss has been a pound per week! My aim is between 1 and 2 per week as dont want to lose too fast!! I want to keep it all off this time but be a happy person while I am doing it!0

Hiya
I have lost 7lb since 7th January. Whats been the most important lesson to me is how to eat 'properly' to lose weight and change my lifestyle for good. I am aiming to lose 1lb per week, so should be near my goal come Christmas! :0)0 -
