8lbs and while this is a perfectly repectable number, im still slightly gutted as in the same weeks last year i had lost over double that amount

As of yesterday I have lost 10.5 lbs. this is in only three weeks, as I didn't start at the beginning of jan. Ahead of where I wanted to be so really pleased. I wanted to lose 1-2 lbs a week.

60 lbs or thereabouts, oppss-I always forget this is a new year, LMAO I have lost approx 4 lbs. But I did not get back on track until the 2nd week of Jan.
