geez my goal is to lose 10 lbs in a year ... it has been 2 months and i barely lost 1. this is going to kill me XD i wish i could lose 10 lbs in a month hehe ( i am 5'5 and now 119 lbs)0

I'm a little late so bear with me, I might even be less than 168 but that's the weight I was the last time I weighed and I can't weigh until Wednesday, so hopefully I'll have lost!!

Hi! If it's not too late to join I'm in. Starting today, I'll be cutting off carbs and diary (I have a slight allergy but don't really honour it), see where that gets me. Taking it slow, though, as I'm being weaned off of prednisone and just re-started physical activity after a couple of nasty flares.
If I lose 4.5-5lb I'll settle for it, but I'd rather go the whole 10lb.
1/02 - 159lb/72kg

I have noticed a fast weight loss since I have added Alli daily with my meals. I'm not sure if it is due to just watching what I eat in these past few days? However, any weight loss that I can keep off is fine by me!0 -
I need some help and accountability this month! I have a cruise with my sister on the 28th and I would desparately like to lose some weight before then. I started out good last month and then I switched migraine (BP) meds and it has really thrown me off my game (tired and moody and mood eating).
Currently at 148.4 as of Friday, Feb 1st and would love to 140 by the time I get on the ship!!
