As of today, I've lost 16 lbs (since January 7th).

8lbs. It took awhile to clean up my diet again after the holidays or it could have been more.
  • 26lbs since Jan. Lost 8lbs in the first week then it tailed off a bit, settling at about 2lbs per week. Then last week, 5.5lbs, out of nowhere! Weigh in every Saturday morning
  • 13.3 lbs I'm super happy with that number too.

Since Jan. 20th, I have lost 5 lbs. I was food tracking last year but then I stopped for about 5 months. Just started back up and I'm doing pretty good so far :)

    Great advice!

8 pounds...which is good I guess, although I can ascertain no visible difference yet.

Average weightloss has been a pound per week! My aim is between 1 and 2 per week as dont want to lose too fast!! I want to keep it all off this time but be a happy person while I am doing it!

I started in January and I have only lost about 2 pounds. I'm not too disappointed as I can't really exercise due to my joints dislocating and I only want to lose just over a stone. If I keep eating in moderation I will lose weight...it's just golng to take a bit longer than it should :)
