26lbs since Jan. Lost 8lbs in the first week then it tailed off a bit, settling at about 2lbs per week. Then last week, 5.5lbs, out of nowhere! Weigh in every Saturday morning0

Since Jan. 20th, I have lost 5 lbs. I was food tracking last year but then I stopped for about 5 months. Just started back up and I'm doing pretty good so far0

I started in January and I have only lost about 2 pounds. I'm not too disappointed as I can't really exercise due to my joints dislocating and I only want to lose just over a stone. If I keep eating in moderation I will lose weight...it's just golng to take a bit longer than it should0
