    Week # 5 -- January 28 -- February 3--- Goal is 240 minutes:

    28th, Mon: 0
    29th, Tue: 40 (spinning class)
    30th, Wed:
    31st, Thur:
    1st, Fri:
    2d, Sat: 30 (stationary bike at Mom's house)
    3d, Sun: 140 (hiking in Clear Creek Metro Park)

    Missed my goal, but at least the snow didn't stop me completely from exercising.

    I'm in for 400 minutes and 70,000 steps a week. Working on the last three pounds to goal.

    Week # 1 -- Dec 31 -- Jan 6: 444/73,508 mins/steps; total miles: 54.3 !! Darn good week
    Week # 2 -- Jan 7 -- 13: 571/85,891 mins/steps; walking miles: 41.09, bike miles: 32.15!! Not too bad!
    Week # 3 -- Jan 14 -- 20: 448/66,550 mins/steps; walking miles: 31.88, bike miles: 42.85...missed my steps!
    Week # 4 -- Jan 21 -- 27: 744/76,257 mins/steps; walking miles: 33.62, bike miles:31.32...much better!
    Week #5 -- Jan 28 -- Feb 2: 873/89,887 mins/steps; walking miles: 42.75 bike miles: 24.3...great week!!!

    My goal was to exercise 210min and I did that and more! Whohoo!

    Mon: 30min on the treadmill
    Tue: 60min on the treadmill
    Wed: 30min circuit training with BL Bootcamp
    Thur: 65min cardio with treadmill, yoga, and dance workout video
    Fri: 30min on the treadmill
    Sat: no offical workout but I did walk around downtown
    Sun: 30min circuit training with BL Bootcamp
