FLoating around in the same 5 lb window. This is how it goes for me. Then. . .all of a sudden. . .weight will leave. I'm just waiting for the "all of a sudden" to happen again.

I actually gained 6 pounds. However; I started working out harder and I am eating a few more calories - due to the work out making me a hungry hungry person. So I put the scale away until the end of March and I will see at that time.

I gained like 10 pounds over the last 4 months but I've lost 5 so far. I only started trying to lose it a week go. 5 pounds in a week isn't bad. It was mostly water weight. Been watching my sodium and working out more and it's going fast.

5 Lbs @ about 1 Lb per week just as my plan calls for...20 Lbs in the 13 or so weeks I've been doing MFP. Remember people...crashing a whole lot of pounds over a short period of time is generally considered unhealthy and un-safe. Take it slow...you're more apt to keep the weight off once it's gone and you burn more fat and less lean body mass when you lose slowly.

Losing quickly usually results in long plateaus, jacked up metabolisms, putting weight back on when your diet is "over", loss of lean body mass rather than fat stores.
