These are all bad and will completly stop any gains you have had and throw your body into a starvation mode. Just like a person should never eat egg yolk.
Why not eat egg yolk?0 -
To the butter basher, margarine is actually a lot worse for you.
Margarine is one molecule away from plastic.0 -

That's because people aren't the problem. It's all the modern day sauces humans dip them in that makes them gain weight!0 -

Frozen yogurt > Ice cream , green tea > coffee , seltzer water (with crystal light) or reg water > soda, fresh meats/fruit > frozen, whole grain/wheat > white, lean meats > red meat, greek yogurt > sour cream/mayo, PB2 > almond butter > peanut butter (just in case you can't find PB2), sweet potato fries > reg fries, brown rice > white rice, spaghetti squash > pasta, clear dressings > creamy, and almond milk > regular milk.
Don't be afraid to add color to your plate! Meaning, don't cut out fruits or veggies. You can still have sweets, but just in a controlled proportion and find healthy substitutes for the regular ingredients. I would cut out things such as soda and sweet tea. MEASURE your food!! Know what you're eating, don't eat out of a box, and don't guess. Buy 100 calorie snacks if you have too. But don't eat a couple bags. Incorporate small protein enriched snacks between meals to help curb your appetite and keep you full! Allow yourself ONE splurge meal a week. It will trick your bodies metabolism to work harder to burn off what you ate. If you splurge more than once or twice, then it's okay. Get right back on track, don't get discouraged. But don't make that a regular thing. Constantly remind yourself of your goals and what you need to do to get there.
Remember not Again, these are all my own opinion and what has worked for me! Best of luck!0
