Week 2 for me. I intended to start today, but spent the day taking my Granny to run her errands....URGH. Anyway gotta take care of Granny so even though I did a lot of walking today I had no way to monitor the calories so one day down. I am still going to shoot for 4,000 this week. I CAN DO IT!

I'm burst - that was a hard session tonight, I mentally crapped out during spinning - hence the lower than normal calorie count!
Weekly Goal: 5,000
Mon: 150 calories (walking to and from work)
Tues: 1152 calories (378 at arke class, 631 at spinning and the rest walking to work gym etc)
Wed: 1169 calories (557 at cross training, 458 at spinning and the rest walking to and from gym)

Wednesday...........1,600 Calories in 1 hour 36 minutes and 20 seconds......All on my new incline/decline trainer treadmill...499 calories burned in the first 22 minutes walking up a high incline (up to 40%). 1101 calories burned in 1:14.20 seconds doing lower incline walking, jogging and a little bit of running..
