    Weekly Goal: 4,500 (Last week was 4k, but I slacked a couple of days and still made the goal, so up it goes!)
    Mon: 601 (kata - low, med, and full speed/power, sumo squats, pushups, jumping jacks. Not bad for someone who's sick!)
    Tues: 1200 (Karate - the usual tues/fri estimated burn during class!)
    Wed: Taking the night off. Just started antidepressants and they're making me really sick. :( Adjustment sucks.

    Week 2 for me. I intended to start today, but spent the day taking my Granny to run her errands....URGH. Anyway gotta take care of Granny so even though I did a lot of walking today I had no way to monitor the calories so one day down. I am still going to shoot for 4,000 this week. I CAN DO IT!
