Has anyone figured the nutritional value?

It would vary a bit depending on your protein powder, toppings etc. Mine came in at about 200 cals and 40g of protein

    Oh yes please.
  • I just made this- used vanilla cream pure protein powder, 2 tbsp egg whites, 1.5 tbsp dark chocolate almond milk, .5 tbsp stevia and mixed in a tbsp flaked coconut ( all other ingredients remained the same). It was pretty darn spectacular! Thanks OP for posting this, sooooo many variations and I now have a great " before bed high protein/ dessert/ snack"!

This is really good. I can taste more artificial sweetener than I like using just vanilla, so today I added a bit of cocoa powder. I really like it like that!

The best part is it keeps me full for HOURS! This will be a staple for breakfast and snacks. Thanks for sharing.

It just means you're "bumping" the thread... either to get it higher on the most recent list or added to the list of threads you've replied to so you can save it for later.
