The one food you can't eat in moderation???

The ONLY food that I cannot keep around is nuts-- almonds, walnuts, mac nuts. I will always eat the whole bag in one sitting, so I just can't have them in the house anymore.0

This post helped me SO much! I needed to hear that i am not the only one that struggles with certain food that its really common! Mine is nuts, peanut butter, processed meat, and block cheese. i have to buy the shreded kind, its harder to eat out of the bag!0

sour patch kids. i can eat a whole bag ( the BIG bag!) ohhhhhhhhh..... its only like 700 carbs and 3000 calories or something insane lol!
Definitely sour patch kids! I let myself have the little packages now and then in moderation, but if I have the big one around it's toast! Sweet Tarts are almost as addictive for me as sour patch!0 -
Bread. Particularly homemade.
However, I got a set of mini bread tins which helps. I can eat a "whole loaf" at one time! Great portion control. The other mini loaves get wrapped immediately and put in the freezer.0 -

I don't just have one food...I have several! Such as chocolate, cookies, pasta, chips..... ya, will power right out the window! :flowerforyou:0

Pasta. I try and give myself the tiniest bit but then if I know there's more out in the kitchen then I have to try my hardest not to grab more.0

brownies. i eat the whole pan . i only allow myself to have them on legal holidays. that way at least there is some control.0

Peanut butter! Cookies, chips, etc. don't tempt me at all, but I can go HAM on a jar of peanut butter.
In terms of ice cream, I've been buying pints of Arctic Zero and Wink (look them up online! both are awesome!). I CAN limit myself to a 1/2 cup, but feel like there's no point and would rather have a huge bowl. With these ice cream substitutes I can have that ginormous bowl for 50-100 calories and a good dose of protein!0 -
Battenberg :frown: I love marzipan! Some was bought last night and I swore I would have 1 piece and then too late I had eaten my share! :sad: So I've banned myself from eating any type of cake0

This is why I asked the question. I had just polished off a bag of pretzel M&M's and was feeling really bad. Then I ask myself why do you buy them when you know you can't control it.
Thank you for all the responses, It made me feel better about the fact that I seem to have so little control over certain foods and there are so many people out there like me.:drinker:0
