Got to 68 kg after joining a gym
Put on 10 kg (22 pound) whilst not going to the gym in over a year...78kg (172 pound)
Found MFP last September (2012)
Goal was 66 kg (145.5 pound) but once I got there, wasn't quite enough
New goal 60 kg (132.3 pound) & at present I am 60.85 kg (134.2 pound)

I'm 34yrs.
1.52m Tall
currently i weigh 58.4kg, i want to get back to my 50kg pre baby weight.
its been my struggle for the past 2 1/2 years...i'm finally getting my act together and starting to loose weight slowly.
my biggest problem is that i just can't seem to get myself motivated to exercise. Any advice will be great.

GW: somewhere between 147 and 153. A recent hydrostatic body fat test gave only 21.1% at 159 lbs. I don't really believe that result because I don't look that great and am not in great shape. But if that is accurate, my goal weight should be about 153 lbs (18% Body fat).
I'm mostly here to 1) keep my weight in check, 2) get motivated to do more exercise.0 -
