Soda. I don't even like it that much, but if it's in the house, the next thing I know, I'm laying in bed with an empty 2 liter and a Big Red mustache.
  • Brownies...I will eat the entire pan in one day, though not all at the same time or same sitting.

Pizza! Over the past few weeks, I've managed to reel in my raging Doritos and Pepsi cravings, so I can have just a little. Pizza is still something I can't eat just a little of.
  • Oreos
  • Doritos. It's why I never buy them.

Chip and salsa / chips and guacamole / chips and cheese dip.

So basically, my problem is chips. And stuff to dip them in. :)

Interesting. What all these foods have in common is that they are all either sugary or full of processed/simple carbs (except for the nuts and I suspect that, if the nut-bingers allowed themselves to binge a couple of times, they would lose their taste for them). No one has said, "I absolutely cannot eat brussels sprouts in moderation---if they are around, I eat them until they are all gone."

For me it has to be gummy bears or anything similar. Chocolate I can leave untouched for ever...oh apart from cadbury's Creme eggs or cadburys dairy milk, then it is gone in a blink of an eye :O)

Potatoes are also my down fall, can not control portion size, just give them to me mashed with salt and pepper and I will eat the biggest plate full!!

    Dried pitted dates.

Used to be chocolate too but I've not eaten any chocolate since beginning of Jan this year and now I can have it in the house and not gorge on it.
  • Brookshire's makes a bread that has different cheeses and jalapenos baked in.... It is not allowed in my house.... I will devour the entire loaf.....
  • Snickerdoodle cookies and Oreos... Both with milk (but only 1%).
