In the right (wrong?) mindset it can all become a binge food even "healthy food." It's all dangerous to me.0

French fries for sure along with roasted potatoes sometimes. Potato chops can trip me up as well. Oh, and popcorn.0

Way too many things, but I try to avoid anything I know I'm going to binge on. My main weakness is hummus. I will eat a whole 8oz container in 1 sitting.

sugar(cookies, candy) can't control myself. I do better to just stay away from them unless its a atkins bar or 100 calorie bags0

Paula Dean's broccoli slaw...at 225 calories a cup, this is not a good over-eating food!!! Why can't it be plain lettuce or cucumbers or something like that???:sad:0

String Cheese. It's shameful how little control I have. I buy one pack of 8... gone in a couple hours. 2 packs of 8... gone in a couple hours. I've never tested the extent of the amount of String Cheese I could eat in a day...0
