Chip and salsa / chips and guacamole / chips and cheese dip.
So basically, my problem is chips. And stuff to dip them in.0 -
Interesting. What all these foods have in common is that they are all either sugary or full of processed/simple carbs (except for the nuts and I suspect that, if the nut-bingers allowed themselves to binge a couple of times, they would lose their taste for them). No one has said, "I absolutely cannot eat brussels sprouts in moderation---if they are around, I eat them until they are all gone." :laugh:0

For me it has to be gummy bears or anything similar. Chocolate I can leave untouched for ever...oh apart from cadbury's Creme eggs or cadburys dairy milk, then it is gone in a blink of an eye :O)
Potatoes are also my down fall, can not control portion size, just give them to me mashed with salt and pepper and I will eat the biggest plate full!!0 -
Any type of candy in general... Oh and girl scout cookies...0
