Soft White Bread the one you get from the supermarket that has all the preservatives in it.
If it is there I can't help myself and I find it so much more satisfying than anything else when I eat it.0 -
Tortilla chips0

Haribo, Chocolate,...
am I the only one that can't eat Bran Flakes in moderation? xD0 -
My downfall (which causes me to gain hella weight) is:
ice cream (I can eat a whole pint)
chocolate! (Pretzel MnMs, Recess Peanut Butter cups)
good chocolate chip cookies (Costco, Mrs. Fields)
chips (sour cream and onion, Fritos Honey BBQ twists)
Fast Foods (hamburger, fries)0 -
Peanut butter. I have to force myself to only eat the two tablespoons. I don't remember eating much peanut butter before joining MFP unless it was in candy form. Now I'm a certified PB addict.0

for me is cheese so I don't buy it0

Cookies. I go shopping at whole foods market to try and stay healthy but I always leave that place with a cookie or two from their bakery. THEY ARE SO MOTHER-EFFING DELICIOUS. Last time I went there, I ended up getting one of their store baked shortbread cookies. Its like a block. I ate that whole ****ing thing today. I have no regrets.
Oh, and cheese. But my mind tells me that it's good for you as long as I get the reduced fat. It has protein. Mmmmm protein.0 -
Grapes.
I just eat one, next second, no more grapes. Magic.0 -
Its chips for me.. I cannot stop eating till the bag is empty.. O_o0

These days I'm addicted to fruit. I limit myself to 3 servings of fruit a day but if I could eat it all day I totally would.0

There are many...chocolate is a passion, but now I control that with Fiber One Oats and Chocolate. I know if I eat more than one I will have severe gastric disturbances, so I can keep them around!0

-
Salted peanuts or Krackawheat crackers... I more or less inhale them0
-
Mini reese's peanut butter cups :brokenheart:0

Toast. Doesn't matter what kind of bread. Oh, but it has to be slathered with PROPER butter - none of that margarine sh*te!0
-
Flaming Hot Cheetos. I just can't let myself have them, ever. I can't even just get the little bag and stop. I tried that once. Two hours later, I was back at the store, buying the big bag.0

When I'm drunk...peanut butter. I just start eating spoon full after spoon full directly outta the jar. It's soooo bad.0

Any sort of chip, or Chex-Mix. I've found I do better with hard crackers, and they're just as satisfying. I just have to have something crunchy now and then that isn't a veggie.0

Ccake. Any sort. Can't just stick to a nice little sliver, have to have a chunk. Or two.0
