    Funny, I just saw this recipe online on myrecipes.com yesterday and I am making these tonight for dinner! I'm using ground turkey...can't wait to try them!

    I use ground turkey too. They are delicious! And great for portion control!

    Mmm, haven't made these in a while. I make mine with extra lean ground beef (96/4).
    I think we'll have roasted potato wedges & maybe some green beans as sides this time. I wore out the meatloaf/mashed potatoes/green peas classic concept & the thought of it isn't very appetizing anymore & that's why I haven't made these in a while. :ohwell:

    These are in the oven right now.
    So easy and quick to prepare.
    They are starting to smell good!
    Will have leftovers , nice!

    Absolutely love love love this recipe! My mom never made meatloaf while I was growing up so believe it or not I never tried:flowerforyou: it until I became an adult. II make a variation of this recipe at least once every two weeks. My son gobbles it up and has no idea he is eating vegetables because I chop them so small. Thanks for posting.

    I bought all the stuff and have looked out my muffin tin. Don't make a lot of meatloaf (not that popular in UK) so quite looking forward to trying these.

    I only had 2 out of 12... My 1 teenager and his GF ate the rest :noway: :laugh:
