    That cake is gorgeous. I would ALMOST not be able to eat it... Almost!

    I made another protein smoothie experiment this morning, but devoured it before I could take a pic and figured a picture of the empty shaker would be cruel. Almond Blueberry Cheesecake smoothie. Yum!

    I had a long day and didn't get home until after 7pm so I threw something in the slow-cooker all day - Vegan Garbanzo Bean Curry (adapted from Kalyn's Kitchen recipe). Terrible pic, but tasty. Had it over spinach, topped with cilantro and a side of multigrain bavarian bread.

    Birthday Dinner at the Elephant Bar:

    Starters: Parmesean encrusted fried green beans.

    Main Course: Grilled sirloin steak with shrimp in lobster sauce.I stole my wife's grilled jumbo shrimp and had those. I did not at the pasta.

    Here is a sort of apple crumble, with a lot of apple and little crumb crust ;) 185 calories with vanilla yoghurt "sauce"

    Faux Pho creation. Miso broth + soba noodles + wakame + poached egg + cilantro + lime.

    I think it's very pretty and it looks delicious! By "miso broth" do you mean you just mix miso and water?

    Damn it. Didn't think of that! Luckily I have some chilli left overs for today and more sweet potato :smile:
