    I needed to hear this this morning! I have about 145 more pounds to lose and I was getting a little discouraged and quite frankly bored, but your post brightened my day and made me see this doesn't have to be hard or complicated or depressing. I am hoping my meager 25 pounds lost will turn into 160 pounds lost.
