You and Jared from Subway ought to start your own TV show. I've read your blog over and over and am amazed and inspired every time. You are a rock star.0

From 14,000 calories in one day to 1600!!! I'm sure your body thanks you tremendously!!!!0 -
Thanks for posting your story! If anyone is feeling they "just can't do it"...this should let them see what's possible when they get past that and get determined to push through and get healthy. Wishing you the best as you continue the journey.0

That's simply amazing, and the way you did it...it actually became more simple. What's even MORE amazing is the date of your last big meals: January 25th, 2012. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes the next day: January 26th, 2012. That gave me the wake-up call to change my life forever. Now, I have been blessed with never reaching that dreaded 200-lb. barrier (was at 192 in 2010), but I changed my eating habits myself, watching how many carbohydrates I put into my body. After losing 50 pounds in just over a year's time (and 60 since 2010), I know I've added more years to my life the same way you've done it yourself.
Continued success to you! :smokin:0 -
