How can I determine what my LBM wt should be? I want to be careful to eat enough protein so as not to lose weight the wrong way.0 -

If you can estimate your BF% then it's (100% - BF%) x body weight. There are a couple of ways of estimating body fat% but the easiest/cheapest is to eyeball it. I did a write up here if it helps: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/830595-body-fat-estimation-methods0 -

Deadlift, 280lb x1
Squats: 210lb x3
Bench: 135lb x1
OHP (strict) 95lb x2 (cannot get 100lb and its annoying me!)
