    I hear you. I hate when people don't automatically know what my personal preferences and communication style are before I speak to them. Don't they know how important I am? Geesh!

    I'm sure it can be confusing for some to hear 24 months and then have to convert to years in their minds. I can see how that much work would hurt your brain.
