In the first set of photos, I'm deadlifting 198lbs, in the 2nd set, it's 100kgs which is 220lbs. :blushing:0 -
You ARE Awesome! Awesome!!! I've been at lifting for 9 weeks now and the only regret I have is that I didn't start sooner! Deadlifting is my favorite! I love it and I feel so freaking strong doing it.

My trainer is happy to take Deadlift pictures if I hit a PB.
He won't take pictures of me squatting or doing OHP on a PB though because he says he should be spotting. :sad:0 -
