What is the purpose of doing so many and doing them 3 days in a row. Makes more sense and is better for your muscles to do fewer w/weights every other day.
I know it sounds good to do so many and increase them but it isn't the best way. Good luck, though.
"best" is subjective. But this is a great way to firm up the booty. I did the online 200 squat challenge and it really perked my booty up.

I'm already dong NROLFW which includes lunges and squats, both with weights on opposite days. I'm interested in the challenge but afraid it might affect my recovery from my already scheduled workout. Those lunges are killer.0

Do they have to be all at once? The early days don't sound so bad... But 250 in one go! Ouch! No pain, no gain though!
