I think 140 is a great goal. I decided once I hit 140 I wanted to lose a little more, and due to some other things lost a little more than I wanted, so currently working on getting back to between 132-135. Good Luck!0 -

Started New Rules of Lifting for women this week. My new focus is to maintain this weight (within a small range) and reduce body fat %.0 -

GW: 220 for now. I'd really like to hit ONE-derland, but don't want to lose my curves, either, so I'll reassess at 220.
I know my goal weight is pretty high, but I have a very large bone structure with lots of curves and 5 years ago when I was at 220 I felt the best I had in years. But my fitness level sucked, too, so maybe that will change!0 -

Three years ago my weight fluctuated between 190 and 185. I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. I changed my diet I was always physically active so I kept that up I intially lost 30 lbs then another 15 lbs. I maintained a weight of 145 for two years. I slacked off and gained 20 lbs. So here I am started in January and so far have lost 6 lbs. My first goal is to get back to 145 lbs; then reach my final goal weight of 135 lbs.0 -

I have been 163 before and looked sickly! I wasn't exercising at all just eating right so I think this time with my exercise and muscle tone I will look much different at 160 so I want to see how I feel. If I feel eh then I will try for ten or twenty more0 -

I started this journey over a year ago and reached my goal weight. I was in the best shape of my life and felt amazing. Then I moved to Tucson and things just went so awry. I managed to undo every bit of hard work in 8 months. I'm beyond upset with myself and could just cry.
Today I said to myself that I would let go of the past and the fact that I was my goal weight, and the fact that I undid everything, and just start again. I did it once so I can do it again. Starting right this second.0 -

I believe 150-160 is the high end of healthy, but I still want a bit of a belly and I want to keep my curves when I'm done. If I wanted to be lower, the lowest I'd probably go is 130, but of course a lot of it is personal preference. How you want to look, how good you feel at certain weights, etc.0 -
Goal is 135-140. Been there before and that is where I feel comfortable!0
