My quick options for workout mornings:
Brown toast w/ PB, fruit (apple, orange, blueberries, etc.)
Yogurt, fruit
Portioned cereal w/ almond milk
When I sleep in and have time to cook breakfast, I make some form of eggs (over easy or scrambled), some kind of meat (slice of ham, 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausages, etc.), and fruit, yogurt, or nuts. Sometimes I'll also toast 2 slices of brown bread without butter to dip in egg yolks or to slather with PB or Nutella. And I always have a cup of almond milk!0 -
Love my whey vanilla protein shake with unsweetened almond milk- chocolate, raw almonds, blueberries, flax seed and sugar free raspberry torani syrup! Blend it with ice and roll out! Yum0

Two sachets of Oatsosimple Porridge with 180ml of skimmed milk, usually comes in around the 400 calorie mark and is filling enough to keep me going until lunch.0
